There are two options for subscribing to Realty:FOCUS, monthly and annually.

  • The monthly rate is $20.00
  • The annual rate is $200.00
  • The setup fee of $50.00 is being waived for the time being

You may switch from monthly to annually at any time, with the new annual period begining at the end of your last paid monthly period.

For monthly billing, your first month will be pro-rated to the end of the month and subsequent invoices will be rendered as of the first of each month.

We will be requesting a credit card to charge during the process. We keep credit card information off-line, and only charge your card after submitting an invoice.

The process for subscribing to Realty:FOCUS is straightforward:
  • Complete the form below to provide us with basic contact, credit card and set up information
  • We will set up your account and provide you with the necessary login information
  • If you would like to use your own company logo, please email it to logo@realtyfocus.net. It should be in .jpg or .gif format and not exceed 240 wide x 90 high in pixels. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will advise.

Terms and Conditions of Use

By subscribing to Realty:FOCUS you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Your installation of Realty:FOCUS may be used for no more than one physical office.
  • In the normal operation of the Realty:FOCUS system, Realty:FOCUS reserves the right to include optional return links to www.realtyfocus.net in screens viewable by outside agents and in standard notification emails to other real estate agents, real estate agencies and others. Subscriber agrees and understands that this is a key component of the marketing of Realty:FOCUS and is part of the reason that Realty:FOCUS can be provided at moderate cost.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, however no refunds of unused subscription fees will be made. In the event of cancelation, the data generated by you during your use of Realty:FOCUS belongs to you and will be provided to you in the form of an text file for a fee of $50. The programs and data structures used in Realty:FOCUS are the property of Realty:FOCUS and will not be provided.
  • Information you provide to Realty:FOCUS is private and will not be sold to any outside parties.
  • While a subscriber, Realty:FOCUS may list your agency on its web site as a subscriber, and may provide a link to your agency's public web site. In no case will Realty:FOCUS use Subscriber's name in any way that would demean, embarrass, diminish or cause any harm to Subscriber.
  • Realty:FOCUS is an Internet based application. While our up-time record is excellent, we cannot be responsible for service outages that may interupt your use of Realty:FOCUS from time to time. It is in our best interest to keep such interuptions to a bare minimum.
